The 2013 "Water is Life" art contest guidelines are now available. Please visit the Water is Life Student Art contest page for details. This program is open to students in West Basin's service area in Elementary, Middle and High school.

- Water Explorations School Tour Program This program provides school tours of West Basin's world-renown water recycling facility in El Segundo, CA for grades 3 thru 12.
- Teach and Test Program West Basin is a proud sponsor of the Surfrider Foundation's Teach and Test program where student volunteers from four local high schools collect water samples and analyze the water quality from our South Bay beaches for one year.
