BOARD OF DIRECTORS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM


The West Basin Board of Directors offers an annual Scholarship Award of a maximum $1,000 per awardee or qualified student with an interest in pursuing studies or a career in the water industry (other minimum requirements also apply). Commencing in 2009, this program awarded 8 scholarships to qualified, graduating high school seniors in West Basin's service area who have been accepted to a college, university or trade school. 

The deadline for the 2011 Scholarship Program is February 25, 2011.

Awards are scheduled to be announced at the May 2010 Board of Directors meeting on May 23, 2011.

" I intend to continue my passion for advocating the importance of protecting Earth's water."
