This program is designed for 3rd - 5th grade students. Splash Science introduces students to the Southern California water supply, West Basin's water conservation efforts and the marine animals that are protected by such efforts.
From October - February, Splash Science is a field trip program transporting students to West Basin's Water Education Center and Ocean-Water Desalination Demosntration Facility located in Redondo Beach (complimentary school bus provided). From February - June, Splash Science changes into a traveling classroom program that can visit your campus. Splash Science is aligned to support Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards.
All program dates for 2014-2015 have been filled for the year. However, you can complete and submit the Reservation Request Form below to secure your place on the program waitlist for this year, and for priority scheduling for next year.
