LIEP - Landscape Irrigation Efficiency Program - Focusing on outdoor water evaluations, LIEP looks for leaks, broken sprinklers and pipes, and other water wasting problems in landscapes - uses that cause unnecessary runoff - and makes recommendations for more efficient outdoor water use for residents and businesses. Participating public customer agencies include L.A. County Waterworks District No. 29 in Malibu and the cities of El Segundo, Hawthorne, Inglewood, Lomita, and Manhattan Beach. If you're a customer of one of these agencies, please contact them directly to participate in the LIEP program. Here's a flyer for more information.

SMART REBATE - Smart Irrigation Controllers - You could save up to $235 on your controller, depending on the controller you choose. Must be a resident of West Basin's service area. Large Landscape Program provides interested homeowner's associations (HOA's) with FREE landscape surveys for landscape areas larger than 2 acres. A professionally-trained surveyor will evaluate the landscape and irrigation system, analyze water usage, identify leaks, provide equipment incentives, and make recommendations to the customer through a final site survey report. This program is in partnership with Metropolitan Water District.

Turf's Up provides rebates for property owners who remove turf and replace it with water-efficient landscaping.
