Tour FAQ

Why are there currently no public tours of the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility being given?

Due to current renovation and capital improvement projects taking place on the facility grounds for the duration of 2018 and early 2019, public tours of the facility have been postponed until construction is complete.

In its place, the District is hosting monthly Lunch & Learn classes at the Water Education Center (at SEALab) in Redondo Beach throughout 2018. For more information and to register, please visit our Lunch & Learns Classes page.

When will tours of the facility resume?

Renovation and capital improvement projects currently taking place at the ECLWRF are scheduled for completion in Spring of 2019. Therefore, the District looks forward to resuming public tours in Spring/Summer of 2019, once facility grounds are clear to host visitors.
