West Basin provides water recycling tours as a resource for the public. It is an opportunity for the general public to see the inner-workings of a water treatment facility firsthand. Guests will learn about the five types of fit-for-purpose water produced by the District at the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility in the City of El Segundo.
