An impactful way to permanently reduce water use is to replace water-thirsty lawns with native and drought-tolerant landscapes. West Basin Municipal Water District offers grass replacement rebates starting at $3 per square foot of grass removed, with a maximum of up to $15,000 for qualified projects!
