West Basin Director, Harold C. Williams, joined the board of directors for the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) on March 13th.
Williams will represent the West Basin Municipal Water District on the 38-member Metropolitan board with fellow West Basin Director Gloria D. Gray. Leaving the Metropolitan board after four years is Director Donald L. Dear. Williams will serve on the Engineering and Operations Committee and the Organization, Personnel and Technology Committee.
