Effective July 3, 2023, the West Basin Municipal Water District will transition to the fully automated, web-based electronic bidding and vendor management system, OpenGov. This is how the District procures goods and services.
To sign up for bidding opportunities and track solicitations, follow these simple steps:
- Sign up: To get started, click here. (Once approved, you’ll receive an email that your account is active).
- Register: to bid and receive notifications for future opportunities in the eProcurement portal.
- Get updates: to existing solicitations by searching for the solicitation and clicking the Follow button.
- Submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations.
