West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) has been awarded the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for budget reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) and the Certificate of Excellence Award for a model investment policy from the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada (APT US&C).
