CARSON, Calif. – West Basin Municipal Water District will host its 20th annual Water Harvest festival on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. outside of its Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility (ECLWRF) in El Segundo, Calif. The free, family-oriented event will be a block party this year featuring educational booths, games, giveaways and water-related activities.
