Last week, West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) hosted 15 high school students in honor of Job Shadow Day at its water purification facility in El Segundo. High School students from Morningside High School, Inglewood High School, and Animo Leadership Charter High Schools in Inglewood visited the Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility to explore a day in the life of plant operators, maintenance workers, water quality specialists, chemists, engineers, and management.
