West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) announced at its February 26, 2018 Board of Directors meeting that the draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the potential ocean water desalination project will be available for public review and comment on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. The public comment period, extended from 45 to 60 days, will close Friday, May 25, 2018.
