CARSON, Calif. – West Basin Municipal Water District today announced that its 21st annual Water Harvest festival will return to its newly renovated Edward C. Little Water Recycling Facility (ECLWRF) in El Segundo, Calif. on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The free, family-oriented event will celebrate the community’s efforts to secure our region’s water future with the theme “Water for Tomorrow.”
